Meet the Staff!

Amy Holson-Schwartz (Co-Founder, Executive Director) is a New York-based producer, general manager, and playwright. She attended French Woods from 1996-2003, spending her last two summers on staff. Amy is a proud graduate of Eugene Lang College The New School For Liberal Arts, where she concentrated in Theatre and Religious Studies. Her hobbies include baking, reading, and IM-ing David very late at night. She speaks for everyone at Festival Arts when she thanks her mother for everything, including the use of the hall.

David Rigano (Co-Founder, Artistic Director) is a NYC writer/director/producer/teacher/theatre-whore. To see him do any of these, drop a hat. He attended French Woods from 2000-2003, where he shared a stage with Amy Holson-Schwartz in Noises Off. After his FWF experience David attended Marymount Manhattan College, studying Writing and Directing and anything else that might get him work post-grad. His works include Favorite Son, Life Lessons with Susan Gail, Chance Meetings (Rebel Verses, dir. Alicia Rachel Becker) and material in The RIGANO Songbook.
