
Meet the Staff!
Amy Holson-Schwartz
(Co-Founder, Executive Director) is a New York-based producer, general
manager, and playwright. She attended French Woods from 1996-2003, spending her
last two summers on staff. Amy is a proud graduate of Eugene Lang College The
New School For Liberal Arts, where she concentrated in Theatre and Religious
Studies. Her hobbies include baking, reading, and IM-ing David very late at
night. She speaks for everyone at Festival Arts when she thanks her mother for
everything, including the use of the hall.
David
Rigano (Co-Founder, Artistic Director) is a NYC
writer/director/producer/teacher/theatre-whore. To see him do any of these, drop
a hat. He attended French Woods from 2000-2003, where he shared a stage with Amy
Holson-Schwartz in Noises Off. After his FWF experience David attended
Marymount Manhattan College, studying Writing and Directing and anything else
that might get him work post-grad. His works include Favorite Son, Life
Lessons with Susan Gail, Chance Meetings (Rebel Verses, dir. Alicia
Rachel Becker) and material in The RIGANO Songbook.
